I've dealt with them from anything about full systems to memory to fans or just information. The staff is usually able to fix me up to my satisfaction. Not long ago I purchased a new motherboard there and they helped me get it all together. Overall I'm pretty pleased and will continue to return to check them out for any future computer needs.

We took our computer there several times for the same problem. They kept assuring us it was fixed, and then we would have it within an hour of getting home. They suggested we upgrade the memory. We figured okay, as a last ditch effort. We got the computer home, and discovered they not only didn't install the new memory we actually had less than we started with. They FINALLY admitted their error, and we learned ours. We learned not to go back there again.

Not only has Norman Computers saved my computer a few times, they have also saved me money! They are by far some of the most knowledgeable technicians in this area, but they don't charge the outrageous prices. They treat their loyal customers well, and will really make you a deal on any upgrades or services you need. They offer discounts if you have them install parts bought from them, as well as a 50% discount for referring your friends! With so many people needing quality computer services, you just can't beat that deal!
